Process
1. Grain Sourcing
We begin by sourcing premium-quality wheat and other grains from trusted local farmers and suppliers. Each batch is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high standards for purity, size, and nutritional value.
2. Cleaning
The grains undergo a thorough cleaning process to remove impurities such as dust, stones, chaff, and other foreign particles. Advanced cleaning equipment like separators, de-stoners, and magnets ensures that only the cleanest grains proceed to the next stage.
3. Conditioning
The cleaned grains are conditioned by adding a controlled amount of water to achieve the optimal moisture content. This step softens the outer bran and prepares the grain for efficient milling, resulting in higher yield and better quality flour.
4. Milling
The grains are ground using state-of-the-art milling equipment. This process involves multiple stages of grinding, sieving, and separating to achieve the desired texture and quality.
5. Quality Control
The cleaned grains are conditioned by adding a controlled amount of water to achieve the optimal moisture content. This step softens the outer bran and prepares the grain for efficient milling, resulting in higher yield and better quality flour.
6. Packaging
The finished flour is carefully packaged in hygienic, air-tight bags to preserve freshness and prevent contamination. We offer various packaging sizes to meet the needs of households, bakeries, and industrial clients.
